James Myatt
CEO & Managing Director

James is a seasoned energy executive with +35 years experience in the Australian and International energy markets including asset development in power and gas as well as wholesale and retail markets.

James was Co-founder of Australian Power & Gas (APG) which grew to rev of $480m, sold to AGL in 2013. APG was awarded Australia’s fastest growing company in 2010/11.

He was Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2012.
Co-founder of Entrust Energy (US) awarded 47th fastest growing company in the USA in 2015 with current rev in excess of $200m.

James has worked for major energy utilities including AGL, Energy Australia and US listed energy companies Duke Energy and Texas Utilities (TXU
Warren Kember
CFO & Finance Director

Warren has over 35 years of experience in senior financial roles with both blue chip industries and small cap companies in development. 
His industry experience includes the energy sector along with manufacturing and telco.

Warren’s initial career with KMPG and in investment banking lead to senior leadership roles with business units within AGL Energy, both as CFO and CEO, and has also held similar roles with companies in the renewable energy sector.  

Warren was part of the founding team and was the CFO of Australian Power and Gas.
Neil Whittaker
Director

Neil is an experienced professional with a background as leader and developer of businesses.

Following an initial career with blue chip companies Woolworths and CSR, Neil was appointed CEO of the National Rugby League which he managed during a transitional period.
 
Neil then become a principal of Hunter Bay Partners, a private equity capital investment firm.

Neil has been the CEO of a number of Hunter Bay’s investments, including the coal recovery business River Energy JV and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts.
Costa Tsiolkas
General Manager Redbank

Costa is a dedicated power industry professional with over 42 years’ experience in multidiscipline projects. Having held positions as General Manager Service and construction, Project Director, Senior Project Manager and Power Plant Operations management. He has work experience in Australia, South Africa and South-East Asia.

The wealth of experience includes power plant operating, project management, construction management and commissioning of some of the largest power stations built in South Africa. Managing major projects for ABB/Alstom as well as establishing and managing the Service and construction business for AE&E Australia. 

Costa has a successful track record in managing and leading  projects and has the ability and integrity to develop the trust and respect of employees, clients and suppliers, leading to enduring working relationships.
